Explorers Snap T-Bones Run, 5-0
Sam Held combined with three relievers as the Sioux City Explorers blanked the Kansas City T-Bones, 5-0. Held allowed eight hits and two walks in five innings, but figured out ways to get out of jams each time. Kyle Wren led the Explorers offense, going 3-4 with two runs scored and two RBI.
Brownell Gem Leads Saltdogs, 2-0
John Brownell allowed one hit in eight innings of work to lead the Lincoln Saltdogs to a 2-0 victory over the Texas AirHogs. The right-hander walked one and struck out eight in earning his seventh win of the season. Austin Boyle came on to close out the shutout for his second save of the season.
Tamburino, Bullpen Blank RailCats, 6-0
Michael Tamburino tossed six shutout innings, and the bullpen did the rest as the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks shutout the Gary Southshore RailCats, 6-0. Tamburino earned his seventh win of the season. Correlle Prime homered and drove in three.
Railroaders Ride to Victory, 14-8
The Cleburne Railroaders broke open a close contest with a five run ninth to defeat the Sioux Falls Canaries, 14-8. Chase Simpson hit his 20th homer of the year and drove in three and Angel Reyes, Daniel Robertson, and Grant Buck each drove in a pair for the Railroaders.
Saints Sink Goldeyes, 8-5
The St. Paul Saints completed the sweep of their two game series with the Winnipeg Goldeyes, defeating Winnipeg, 8-5. Blake Schmit drove in two runs and Landon Beck earned the victory in his second start of the season. Tanner Keist closed the game out for his fourth save of the season.

Barnum Bomb Delivers Dogs’ 10th Inning Win, 4-3
Keon Barnum homered with two outs in the top of the 10th inning to give the Chicago Dogs a 4-3 victory over the Milwaukee Milkmen. The homer was the 30th of the season for Barnum, which leads the American Association. Rich Mascheri earned the victory with 1.2 innings of perfect relief.

The Chicago Dogs Keon Barnum tied the American Association record for homeruns in a season when he hit his 30th on Monday night…Earlier in the day, Barnum was named Player of the Week by This Week in the Association and the Minor League Sports Report. Winnipeg Goldeyes left-hander Mitch Lambson was named the Pitcher of the Week…The Kansas City T-Bones saw their 12 game win streak snapped on Monday. That is tied for the longest in the league this season…The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks currently have the longest winning streak in the league at eight straight games. The St. Paul Saints have won seven in a row and the Cleburne Railroaders have won five in a row…The Cleburne Railroaders are the only team in the American Association who has yet to lose when leading after eight. They are 44-0.
