Hilton Shuts Down Milkmen, 4-0
Kevin Hilton tossed eight shutout innings and Tyler Matzek came on to finish off the ninth as the Texas AirHogs blanked the Milwaukee Milkmen, 4-0. Hilton allowed three hits and a walk while striking out 9. Brett Eibner led the Texas offense with a homer and two RBI.
Shoemaker Homers Twice, Saints Win 8-6
Brady Shoemaker homered twice to lead the St. Paul Saints to an 8-6 victory. Shoemaker drove in three as did Chris Baker. Ryan Smith earned his second victory since joining St. Paul, allowing a run in 2.1 innings of relief. Todd Van Steensel earned his 14th save.

Walraven Homers Power RailCats, 10-7
Thomas Walraven hit a pair of three run homers as the Gary Southshore RailCats downed the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks, 10-7. Walraven finished a perfect 3-3 and MJ Rookard scored three runs. Correlle Prime drove in three for the RedHawks.
Railroaders Complete Sweep, 11-2
Stephen Johnson allowed a run in six innings to lead the Cleburne Railroaders to an 11-2 victory. Chase Simpson, Zach Nehrir, and Hunter Clanin each homered for Cleburne. The victory gave Cleburne a sweep of the series, giving them 20 victories in their last 26 games.
Canaries End Skip, Defeat Goldeyes, 8-6
Andrew Ely and Brett Vertigan each drove in two runs as the Sioux Falls Canaries waited out a rain delay before defeating the Winnipeg Goldeyes, 8-6. Will Solomon earned the victory in relief and Sam Bragg saved his fifth game of the year.

The Sioux Falls Canaries snapped their five game losing streak. The Cleburne Railroaders won their fourth straight game…The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks saw their eight series winning streak end…Leobaldo Pina (FM) extended his hitting streak to 21 games. Tyler Hill (WIN) saw his hitting streak increase to 18 straight…the six game winning streak of Kevin McGovern (WIN) ended on Thursday. Tommy Collier (KC) saw his five game winning streak end.
