RedHawks Snap Monarchs Winning Streak
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks jumped out to a seven-run lead then held on for a 9-6 victory over the Kansas City Monarchs. The loss snapped a nine-game winning streak for Kansas City. Correlle Prime had a huge game for the RedHawks, going 4-5 with four runs scored. Jordan George had two hits and drove in three. Both Prime and John Silviano homered in the contest as Fargo scored two in the first and four in the second.
Kansas City had four players who recorded two hits in the game, including Darnell Sweeney who hit his 13th homer of the season. Michael McCullough also went deep for the Monarchs.

Walker Drives in Four to Lead Milkmen
Adam Brett Walker II drove in four runs and had four hits as the Milwaukee Milkmen defeated the Kane County Cougars, 8-4. Milwaukee jumped out to a three-run lead, but the Cougars were able to chip away, trailing by just two entering the top of the seventh. However, a bases clearing double by Walker secured the victory. Myles Smith earned his 10th victory of the year, becoming the first American Association pitcher to reach double-digit victories.
Jeffrey Baez hit his seventh homerun of the season for Kane County as part of a three-hit performance.

Hernandez Drives in Six to Lead Railroaders
Ramon Hernandez drove in six to help lead the Cleburne Railroaders to an 11-7 victory over the Chicago Dogs. Hernandez had four hits, falling a homerun short of hitting for the cycle. He helped stake his team to a four-run lead in the bottom of the first inning, hitting a two run triple. Chase Simpson added his fifth homerun of the year and Noah Vaughan also went deep for the Railroaders.
Chicago was led by Michael Crouse, who had two hits and four runs driven in. Crouse hit his 11th homerun of the year. Cosimo Cannella had two hits and scored two runs.

Mercado Leads RailCats Past Canaries
José Mercado drove in four as the Gary SouthShore RailCats defeated the Sioux Falls Canaries, 12-6. Gary scored five runs in the bottom of the second to take the lead only to watch Sioux Falls battle back with five in the top of the third. However, the RailCats scored seven unanswered runs to secure the victory. MJ Rookard went 3-4 with three runs scored and Alec Olund was 2-3 with four runs.
The Canaries were led by Cade Gotta, who went 3-5 with two runs and two RBI. Gotta hit his fourth homerun of the season.
